Steps to Return a Purchased Item:

1. Email us at [email protected] within 20 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a free return label.

2. Ensure the items are unworn, unused, with original tags.

3. Package the items in their original packaging.

4. Place the products in shipment packaging and label them.

5. Drop off your package at the designated pick-up point.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

European Union 14-day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. The item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within ten business days.
